PRINTING
Design Considerations:
- The design of a printing job for flexo is similar to that of
other printing processes.
- The desired printed image is designed and laid out
on the computer using the usual drawing, image editing and page
layout tools.
- Right-reading negatives are produced either photo mechanically
or digitally with an image setter.
Prepress:
Artwork Requirements-Please
provide camera ready artwork in EPS and Native (Adobe Illustrator/Quark)
format along with a PDF file for mechanical proofing.
Types of Printing Offered by CuDerm:
Flexographic
- Our flexograhic press can print and die cut. It's primary
function is for the production of our patented skin testers.
Lithographic - Our printers can run up to 6 color plus aqueous coating.
CuDerm can print up to 28 X 40 sheet size.
FINISHING
AFFIXING
CuDerm also offers binding, packaging and shrink-wrapping of
the final product.
